With 120 feet of private lake frontage, breathtaking sunset views, and a salt-water hot tub just steps from the shore, this charming getaway offers the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.
Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space featuring a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay effortless. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out on the water or settling in for a cozy evening by the fire, Sunset Cove makes it easy to feel at home.
Outside is where this retreat truly shines. Spend your days kayaking or canoeing along the calm waters of the south end of the lake, cast a line from the dock, or simply relax along the shoreline with a good book. As the sun begins to set, gather around the fire pit, grill dinner lakeside, or soak in the salt-water jetted hot tub while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Just a short drive from the charm of Naples, you'll find local wineries, breweries, restaurants, artisan shops, scenic hiking trails, and the popular Grimes Glen waterfall. Yet with the lake at your doorstep and nature all around, you may find little reason to leave.

Summer Lake Season (Late June - Labor Day)
The best way to experience lake life is with a full week at Sunset Cove. Weekly stays are preferred during the Summer Lake Season. Shorter stays may be available on select dates—please inquire for availability and pricing.
Weekly Rate: $2,425 (includes 4 guests)
All Other Stays (2-night minimum)
Weekday Rate (Monday–Thursday): $275 per night
Weekend & Holidays (Friday–Sunday): $325 per night

Planning to bring a boat? Your personal or rental boat is welcome at the dock, which is equipped with cleats and boat whips for added protection. Payment Options: Check, Money Order, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Card (processing fee may apply). Detailed payment instructions will be sent via email when your dates and property are confirmed. Your reservation is only finalized once payment is received.
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 3 PM | Check-out by 11 AM.
- Smoking: Open-air only. No smoking inside (cigarettes, vaping, or cannabis). Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly.
- Visitors & Entertaining: Only registered guests are allowed. No additional visitors or gatherings without prior approval.
- Bedrooms / Additional Guests: Some bedrooms may be locked if extra guests were not included in the reservation. Additional guests must be paid for in advance. If a party of two needs an extra bedroom, please notify the homeowner.
- Pets: No pets are allowed on the property to maintain an allergen-conscious environment.
*Service animals are an exception; please notify us at time of booking. - Hot Tub Safety: Shower before and after use, follow posted guidelines, and cover when not in use.
- Lakefront Use: Guests may access the lakefront and dock at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the water. No diving! Water depth at dock is 6 feet or less. Please use caution and respect the natural shoreline and surrounding environment. Don’t forget to tell us if you are bringing a boat or personal watercraft.
- Security Cameras: For the safety and security of guests and the property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras. No cameras are inside or in private guest spaces.
- Damages & Accidents: Guests may be responsible for damage. Please report any issues to the homeowner promptly.
- Need Assistance: If something isn’t right or you have questions during your stay, please contact the homeowner. Property-specific contact info will be provided once your reservation is confirmed and is also available at the home.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, while also protecting the homeowner's business.

21 days or more before arrival: We will refund your payment minus a $30 service fee.

10–21 days before arrival: Your payment can be applied toward a future stay at the same property.

Less than 10 days before arrival: Your payment may be applied to a future stay at the same property if we are able to rebook your dates.
