For guests who need a bit more space, the lower level includes a family room, two additional queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, creating a flexible layout that allows everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities throughout ensure a comfortable stay no matter your group size. A loft above provides a quiet reading nook and a dedicated home office—just connect your laptop and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Payment Options: Check, Money Order, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Card (processing fee may apply). Detailed payment instructions will be sent via email when your dates and property are confirmed. Your reservation is only finalized once payment is received.
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 3 PM | Check-out by 11 AM.
- Smoking: Open-air only. No smoking inside (cigarettes, vaping, or cannabis). Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly.
- Visitors & Entertaining: Only registered guests are allowed. No additional visitors or gatherings without prior approval.
- Bedrooms / Additional Guests: Some bedrooms may be locked if extra guests were not included in the reservation. Additional guests must be paid for in advance. If a party of two needs an extra bedroom, please notify the homeowner.
- Pets: No pets are allowed on the property to maintain an allergen-conscious environment.
*Service animals are an exception; please notify us at time of booking. - Hot Tub Safety: Shower before and after use, follow posted guidelines, and cover when not in use.
- Security Cameras: For the safety and security of guests and the property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras. No cameras are inside or in private guest spaces.
- Damages & Accidents: Guests may be responsible for damage. Please report any issues to the homeowner promptly.
- Need Assistance: If something isn’t right or you have questions during your stay, please contact the homeowner. Property-specific contact info will be provided once your reservation is confirmed and is also available at the home.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, while also protecting the homeowner's business.
