While not one of our most secluded getaways, Wildwood Cottage was thoughtfully designed to feel private and peaceful. From morning coffee to evening relaxation, the sweeping lake views from the deck take center stage — a reminder that tranquility here is never far away.
The hot tub, tucked away on the back deck, provides a private spot to unwind, while the wood stove adds warmth and charm to the interior. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning, curling up by the fire, or watching the sun set over the lake from the main deck, Wildwood Cottage offers a serene and restorative retreat that showcases the beauty of the Finger Lakes.
Base Rate: 2-person occupancy
Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Weekday (Monday-Thursday): $225.00 per night
Weekend & Holidays (Friday - Sunday): $250.00 per night

As required by New York State, all rates are now subject to applicable state and local sales taxes, which will be added to your total at the time of booking.
Property-specific rates:
- 8% combined state/county sales tax
- 4% Yates County Occupancy Tax

Payment Options: Check, Money Order, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Card (processing fee may apply). Detailed payment instructions will be sent via email when your dates and property are confirmed. Your reservation is only finalized once payment is received.
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 3 PM | Check-out by 11 AM.
- Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking inside or outside.
- Visitors & Entertaining: Only registered guests are allowed. No additional visitors or gatherings without prior approval.
- Pets: No pets are allowed on the property to maintain an allergen-conscious environment.
*Service animals are an exception; please notify us at time of booking. - Hot Tub Safety: Shower before and after use, follow posted guidelines, and cover when not in use.
- Damages & Accidents: Guests may be responsible for damage. Please report any issues to the homeowner promptly.
- Need Assistance: If something isn’t right or you have questions during your stay, please contact the homeowner. Property-specific contact info will be provided once your reservation is confirmed and is also available at the home.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, while also protecting the homeowner's business.

21 days or more before arrival: We will refund your payment minus a $30 service fee.

10–21 days before arrival: Your payment can be applied toward a future stay at the same property.

Less than 10 days before arrival: Your payment may be applied to a future stay at the same property if we are able to rebook your dates.
Please note: This policy also applies to cancellations due to COVID-related illness or travel disruptions.
